Doesn't seem to be what it used to be here.I ordered from here & the food didn't meet my expectations but because of previous pleasant experiences I decided to give them another try and what a mistake that was. I came back home to under cooked pizza,the dough was raw I had to basically finish cooking it myself and the fries were all soggy and greasy & stuck together. There's nothing worse than biting into raw dough!

The food is phenomenal. I'd been on a quest for Steak tip salad, since moving to NH and they were worth the wait. Best food, okay service.

Pizza was perfect. Priced perfectly. Gurl with black short hair last night was Outstanding. A+

This is my go to fast food place. I love their onion rings and the roast beef on the sesame bread with horseradish sauce added is perfection! My husband loves any of their calzones!!

Two of their specials. A very ample burger or hot roast beef, with a large tray of fries and a 16 oz drink for under $8.00!

Good subs, roast beef sandwiches and pizza. They deliver.

Disappointed, ordered a steak kabob salad with extra steak $4.00 and change and for that 4.00 got one piece of steak extra in my salad, even the girl behind the counter asked it was extra steak to the cook and he said yes. Shame on them!

It took more then 25 mins for steak cheese with med fry and I'm still sitting here as I post waiting lol wow so much for an hour break

The food is good but they frequently forget part of the order or get the order wrong. When you call to fix the issue they don’t seem to care much. You also never know exactly how much food you’re going to get even when ordering the exact same items as previous times. So overall, very inconsistent. Not really big on making sure their customers are happy.

Popped in while on the road between sales visits and gave them a shot. Ordered a buffalo grilled chicken salad and it was great. It took literally 5 minutes for it to come out. Large portion with plenty of flavor and the price was reasonable. Great service, delicious food in a comfortable atmosphere- I will be back!

Manchester and Hooksett location is 10x better. Worst location I been to so far. Food has little to no taste, and they don’t pay attention to the directions when you order online.

Best chicken kobab in town, in a sub, or a more sensible, yet still equally delicious salad. Huge portions for very reasonable prices.

Omg the mozzarella sticks have cheesy pull and the margarita pizza is phenomenal meatballs are all juicy.

Bought a "kid-size" sandwich for a 6 yr old. It was ridiculously sized as was the amount of French fries they think is appropriate for a ore-schooler. The price wasn't kid-size either. Waste of money and food

I used to get the Chicken Kabob or the Steak salad with Feta here all the time when I lived closer. Just got one and it was as good as I remembered. The house dressing is Amazing. If I could, I would give them an extra star.

The food tastes good but it ends there (the only reason for 3 stars). The portion sizes are inconsistent even if you order the exact same thing every single time. The delivery person often forgets part of your order and this last time it took an hour and 20 minutes for my order to arrive. It was freezing cold so it was obviously in the car for a long time and they didn’t bring the correct bag of chips that I ordered. I’ve had enough and will not order from them again. Good food doesn’t always keep people coming back, more emphasis needs to be put on service.

A generic pizza and roast beef place. If you are down for something quick, warm, and greasy, this is a good stop. That said, they tend to get things wrong. I ordered an Italian Sub and, while it totally had all the stuff that an Italian Sub should have, it was in a wrap rather than a sub roll. Weird.

They have a wide variety of menu items to choose from and prices are reasonable. Food is consistently good, and service is excellent. I've been there for pickup quite a few times, delivery a couple and have never had an issue. As for pizza places in the area, they're one of the best options for steak tips.. Both quality and portion size is spot on.

Love the chicken broccoli alfredo pasta

You guys kill me. I like your food and you're nice people but you make it an ABSOLUTE STRUGGLE every time for me. Either you go to the wrong location and I have to chase you around after mentioning several times that its not the hotel its the building before the hotel that im ordering to and even when I place an order to be delivered in over an hour from when its placed you immediately deliver it. Dont get me wrong, fast delivery is good, but not if its only 1030 in the morning and i placed it for just before lunch time.Out of the 5 times I have ordered here, you have got my order wrong 4 times even though I have used the texting feature which means its directly in front of your face and not an issue of a miscommunication it just seems to be a lack of care and a rushed job every time.UPDATE: They got an order right and on time. Thank you.I do have to admit the chicken kabob calzone is a new favorite.

This should be 5 stars as the food is amazing, the girls at the counter are fantastic, the drivers are all wonderful. There is one MAJOR issue. "one of the cooks doesn't like to listen" I have had this issue every time i go. That is in quotes coming right from one of the drivers mouths. I work next door. i called in my food. i heard the girl say to cut the super beef in half, and grill the bun. neither of these things were done. so one entitled cook cost a 5 star roast beef sandwich place to get 2 stars.

Good roast beef. Mon Tues Wednesday $6.99 cheese pizza special. Good steak fries.

Had a roast beef sub, that had roast beef in it and it was packed with it.

I have only ordered here ( this exact location) a few times and every time I am visiting my in-laws I ask for steak tips medium rare and they always come out way over cooked and very dry. I do not recommend the steak tips if that's how they cook them. Also now they have these gross mayo packets. I prefer getting my mayo in a plastic cup like they used to do. This new stuff is gross and if it's the same company then the packaging makes the difference in taste. I would rather pay more and get better food.

The food here used to be so good. Very disappointed with our visit last night. Was not asked how we wanted the steak tips cooked when I went up to ask them to please not make them well done I was told oh they are done. I asked how they were cooked and the guy who cooked them said I dont know... how do u not know how you just cooked the steak? Lol anyways they were well done. And definitely not the same steak tips they used to serve. The chicken fingers used to be amazing here also not anymore definitely not the same. The fries and onion rings were cold and sent back . Very disappointing visit won't be going back.

This is a great restaurant,O live the food and delivery service however we are in the middle of a pandemic, any questions there?? So my delivery driver shows up, no mask or gloves. I threw my $20.00 order in the trash . If restaurants don't follow the basic guidelines what is the point?

This place is amazing, there is certain foods that are my favorites, Giovannis has my favorite chicken, broccoli, ziti alfredo..some of the staff is not so friendly but the food is great

It's exactly what you expect. Not out of this world but it is decent food, and decent atmosphere.
